We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join Turning Point Therapeutics as a Document Control Associate reporting to the Sr. Director , Quality Assurance. The Document Control Associate will support the daily management, archival and retrieval of electronic and hard copy documents in accordance with document management procedures and assist the Document Control function with the training program.


  • Scan, upload and log legacy Quality Department documents
  • Review incoming documents for completeness and determine proper filing category for accurate archival, retrieval and record keeping
  • Support formatting and review process for controlled documents
  • Develop and maintain databases for Quality documentation and employee training files
  • Prepare training documents for the on-boarding process
  • Other document related tasks as requested


  • Experience in a Document Control or similar Quality Systems related role with at least one year of experience in pharmaceutical or related industry
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Good communication skills (reading, writing) in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Ability to work and interact well with individuals of multiple and diverse functions
